Ordering Info

-To order, simply leave a comment with your email address specifying the item wanted. Or you may prefer to drop me an email at featheredlashes@gmail.com.
-Priority, however, will be given to those who leave a comment.
-All comments will be screened for privacy purposes.


Payment Info

-POSB/DBS/UOB funds transfer will be accepted.
-Although ATM transfers are accepted, Internet Banking would be strongly encouraged.
-If you are unable to make payment through any of the accepted modes/ unable to make payment within 24 hrs, please make it known to me before placing an order.
-Extension of payment period will be decided upon on a case-by-case basis.

Postage/Product Info

-Normal Mail: Postage fees will vary accordingly to the size/weight of the item(s), and will have to be added to the price of the item(s).
-Registered Mail: An additional $2.20 will be required on top of the normal postage fees.
-Items will be mailed out within 1 working day of receiving payment.
-Items are all brand new and imported, unless otherwise stated.


Terms & Conditions

-By placing an order, you are committing to make payment within 24 hrs, unless seperate terms have been previously agreed upon.
-In the event whereby no reply/payment has been made, the item will be released and put up for sale again.
-It is of no benefit to both parties should the above take place, therefore I urge you to co-operate with me and make known any difficulties beforehand!
-I will not be held responsible should the item(s) get lost in the mail, but please be assured that I will do my best to prevent such a situation. (Registered mail encouraged!)
-I will also not be held responsible should the item(s) get damaged after it has left my hand, but please but assure that all items will be packed appropriately. (Bubblewraps will be used for packaging where necessary!)
-No meet-ups please!
-Prices are exclusive of postage fees.
-Prices are fixed (meaning, non-negotiable!)
-As such, haggling of prices will not be entertained.
-Strictly no refunds as well, therefore please raise all queries before placing an order.
-Ex-changes will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
-Items (especially handmade ones) may defer slightly from the pictures posted due to materials/cloth design. (It just serves to make each piece unique!)
-If you have "borrowed"/re-used any content from Feathered Lashes, please do remember to credit it back.
